We are here to help

We appreciate our Church Treasurers. And we want to help your ministry go a little more smoothly.

Jewel

The Jewel program has a built-in help system. You can find it by pressing the F1 key on any page, or by clicking on Help, and choosing one of the help choices.

Online

The Treasurer's Handbook explains what you need to know as a church treasurer and Jewel user. Look here first!

Linda's Jewel How-to's is a fantastic resource, covering almost every situation you might find as a church treasurer. Look here next!

Personal

The best way to get answers to questions that aren't covered by the Handbook or How-to's is to email us at support@jewelsda.com.
Our amazing team has extensive experience and wants to help you support your church's mission.

If your conference has contracted with us for support (or you are a conference), you can call:
(352) 326-0093 - English
(352) 535-0093 - Spanish
9am to midnight Eastern time (6am-9pm Pacific time). Please do not call during Sabbath hours.

Help us help you

Consider the type of question you have before emailing or calling:
  1. Computer problems - if the problem involves Windows configuration, internet connection, printer, etc., try to find help locally. While we always try our best, these types of issues are difficult to fix remotely, and every computer is different. Look for a 15-year-old, they will probably know the answer.
  2. Conference issues - if your question relates to things like Conference policy, which offering code to use, or an issue with a remittance, try contacting your Conference treasury team first.
  3. Jewel questions - these are what we are best at. Please tell us as simply and concisely as possible what you need.

We love hearing your suggestions for improvements. Jewel is specifically for Adventist church treasurers, and we are constantly trying to make your work easier and more useful. Ideas we can use will keep Jewel simple, encourage following best practices, uphold conference policies, and support auditing.

We are also always looking to improve the Treasurer's Handbook and Linda's Jewel How-to's. If these don't answer your question, we may need to make a change.
