Excited about...
Thanks a million for all your assistance. Jewel is a wonderful
program. I've been treasurer for the Burr Ridge Church for 10 years and have had
Jewel for the last 3. The difference is like night and day! Keep up
the good work.

I am the treasurer of the ______ SDA church here in Washington.
I started using Jewel in 2004 and as I told you at that time I was thrilled that
someone had finally developed a worthwhile application for church treasurers.
Prior to that time I was using an application that I wrote myself (I am a
software developer). I said at that time that Jewel had many of the
features I had incorporated into my own software and several great new ideas I
hadn't considered. Plus it was something that I could pass along to another
treasurer when it comes time for someone else to have this job.
Now, 2-3 years later I can say that I am still very happy with the software and
looking forward to the upgrade. I know this can't be a huge money-making
business so you have to be driven by more than money. I greatly appreciate the
time that has been taken not only to initially develop this application but to
keep it growing as well. Thank you for your efforts!

The Jewel Church Accounting System has saved
my sanity! I have been the treasurer of my church for about 10 years
and have used the Jewel program for the last three years. This is such a
huge improvement over the DOS program I used before. Also, the support has
been outstanding. Thank you and keep up the good work.

I love the new Jewel program!
You may not
think this is a big deal, but the ability to select different printers is
fantastic. The new pictures are lovely, and the new larger size of the program
windows is very helpful. I am looking forward to being able to electronically
transfer our funds to the Conference without having to write a check.

It has made being a

absolute minimum of time.

In June of 2001 I experienced a severe
computer crash that wiped out three hard drives, including my backup hard
drive, which destroyed my 2001 "_____" data and backups. After
building a new computer, I installed Jewel church accounting software instead
of "_____", since I had been very frustrated with the obscure and
obsolete nature of that product. Though my experience with Jewel has not been
entirely bug free, I've found it to be a much user friendlier product which
enables me to get my reports faster and therefore on time (you may or may not
have noticed!), and I've received responsive and friendly support from the
Jewel staff. I highly recommend this product for adoption by the Texas
Conference for all its churches, especially the smaller ones, and I believe you
auditors would appreciate the ability to work online with churches and receive
files via the software's ftp link.
Anyway, the enclosed records are
comprised of hardcopy printouts from Jewel, as well as a software disk that
contains our records should you have a current version of Jewel available (or
wish to obtain one from Reggie Thomas (Jewel, 5348 Old Hickory Lane, Fruitland
Park, FL 34731.)
